Shellway is a software service delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

How you receive the Service

• Your account is ready as soon as you sign in with Google.
• Paid plans activate immediately after successful payment, and a confirmation and invoice are sent to your email.
• The Shellway app is downloaded from getshellway.com or installed with one command shown in your dashboard.

If something goes wrong

If your plan has not activated within 30 minutes of payment, email support@getshellway.com with your payment reference and we will fix it or refund you.
